AKU NAK…. bile kembali ke malaysia

After reading some inspiring stories by other fellow malaysian cyclist i’ve put this on my top priorities once i reach Malaysia this mid July.
AKU NAK KAYUH NAIK GENTING!!! SAMPAI TOP…BUJA KO KENE IKUT AKU NAIK ATAS
why? sebab kat UTM pun kayuh steep 20% acsd ride aku leh buat tapi slow ar…aku tak kesah biar lambat asal sampai..ini impian ku bile balik msia
apa yang buat aku nak naik atas…

mohd ismail - mmg naik dah satu round..nak buat da round mati… 36 kilometer je..tapi 3 jam gak lar
buja - jom ko turun kl kite naik skali lagi… basikal mahal…mana leh lawan ngan basikal ‘carbon’ aku

okey..tengok la ade masde free nanti aku turun, aku inform….nak jugak merase naik gntng ngan orng kl…..raje., praktis and warm up la dluu…boleh aku cucuk blakang pasni…ko lead aku follow.

haha ok ok…aku skang training 20km setiap hari…tapi flatland lar..constant 30-35kmh itu bagi 10 km pertama then 10km terakhir nie agak slow dalam 20-30kmh sebab gradient tinggi skit…cuti sem kite kayuh naik genting …syiok!
