Celcom - is it a feedback just to calm me down?

Someone from higher ranking than the normal operator or technical support call me around today and admit bout the current 3g problem that actually came from the Telekom gateway for the Celcom 3G service. She said… it will be resolved but she cant promised me any timeframe. as she explained i do asked her a couple of question which she said that she will get back to me ASAP for the answers.

Thank you for your feedback Celcom but im not sure whether this call u guys just wanna make me stop complaining and bashing for some time… or not…. i will give it a look for this matter….

    Boley caye ke speedtest ni? hurmm… i couldn’t even open the website pun. sipott giler dia loading! almost 35mins tunggu page dia siap.

    azrn - thats because the celcom3g sux…. slow gile…dulu slalu i test dah jadik habit test everyday.. dulu leh jer dapat speed 3g around 350-386 ….. ehmm kalau kat umah dapat 1300-1500..hahah streamyx… skang celcom 3g standard dial up 50-56… lol

    Agree with you that Celcom’s service is going down the drain. Am thinking of moving to http://www.izzi.com.my

    hi celcom3g User - glad u drop by my blog… well heard bout izzi stuff but limited coverage …mostly available at apartment and condominium..out of coverage… no service… more importantly…mobility..its available only within klang valley… might be a good option… but streamyx sere me well in TTDi… bout 3g ..no choice
