Attention!
I need your cooperation, im bringing this stuff to the head of celcom customer department Johor HQ by next week..by end of this month. I need your guys to do a bandwidth at www.speedtest.net test at times. maybe day or night time or maybe nboth ..during peak and non-peak hours.

examination is history but still i have tons of works coming in my way. Seems like i cant really ’utilize’ my holiday this time. Cant do much..need to attend stuff here and there complete it and submit it… more or less like a labour workers but without any salary.
As for today, i didnt managed to go cycling nor to go online. the pc is always online but im not there… i barely get a or whatsoever.
Plus i got no idea what to blog for because all the stuff i did was a boring stuff and the coming one is super boring aswell…
Ehmm a little network report of the day
Celcom 3g seems to be NOT that stable yet due to god knows what the reason is, but im not going to complaint yet since it only happened sometimes.. It seems the network still have the bottleneck traffic occured during peak hours and internet peak hours for malaysian. the peak hours is aroun afternoon till aroundd 4pm and the internet peak hours is aroun 8pm till midnite.The speed is there but the latency is on the verge of acceptable and unacceptable level..Recent speedtest resukt shows considerable (means bout 2/3 of the 3g speed) bandwidth speed for internal sites and below average speed for the international links.. as told before by the celcom technician, the previous problem was the TMnut gateway located in Brickfield and Kelana Jaya which mainly conggested with demand but the supply is not there. They overlook the 3g side while upgrading the streamyx side. but how in the first place they didnt upgrade the system FIRST before the offer it? and as far as im concern …they using the same gateway for streamyx customer and celcom 3g customer.
It is obvious that celcom is the underlings of Tmnut but still…at least… duh..
im out for now…will keep you guys posted bout the network report…
ps: oh yeah..my blog is somehow become the one stop center of information and critic site for celcom 3g.. i think its time for me to become like Mr josh Lim with his www.redesignmalaysia.com while im going to unofficially name mine redesign celcom… hahaha

I’ve terminated my celcom broadband 68 package but my roomate had recently subscribe it bcoz basically we cant live without internet. He brought a brand new 3g cellphone and a celcom 3g card with broadband package on it. I asked him..
“Dont you notice that celcom 3g is sux lately”
he said
“Yeah, but its free…so i dont mind getting it”
It seems like his father company gave him this line and his father decided not to use it and pass to him instead. we tried and the speed seems to be ok… and to my suprised. I asked most of the ppl using the celcom 3g in UTM and theyy said the speed has improved significantly. Damnit, i just terminated my broadband package, and all getting better now. Maybe GOD just wanna let me terminate the package so i dont waste money on paying RM68 monthly becoz HE knew that the free one is coming. haha and maybe GOD wanna teach me to be a little bit more patient on stuff. Thank you Allah for showing me the lead.

And now im back on track with internet connection in my room. Plus recently i’ve borrowed azreen’s (extrareen) 3g datacard and i plug in on my computer… haha easier no more “string” attached.

First of all…. sorry for using the word pussy but im pretty much angry with celcom 3g service now… after a day of testing from morning till nite… i notice the speed is only “fast” and almost 2/3 hit the supposed to be 3g speed is during 3am till around 8-9 am …. what the hell….!!! other than that… i will get this and most of the time slower…
im not testing on a www.speedtest.net only… i also test it using the Jaring bandwidth test. and the result is worst.
This test was executed at 6.30 pm ..and the PUSSY result is as follow

While another test using Jaring bandwidth test was executed around 7.40pm…Basically this is not really peak hours because around 12pm-6pm its almost impossible for browse any fucking website and it took me more than 15 minutes to load the GOOGLE.com page… darn!

You guys see now..why am i super angry, disappointed and feel like wanna bomb celcom HQ… fuck them..
i called them earlier around 3pm today and at first i asked them politely about the current 3g situation. i commented on the problem that arise as mention before which is from 30th October till 11 Nov which actually happened way before 30th october… but they only acknowledge the problem from 30thth till 11 nOv… the customer support says that the problem has been resolved and the network perform flawlessly… FUCK YOU… then i started to bashed the customer support and even tell her my complaint report reference number… and to my suprised..she said the report has been marked RESOLVED>… fuck them again…
well…i asked them to contact me…and i will terminate the broadband package…. Fin, sayonara Celcom 3g SUCKS!!!
ps: im getting bandwidth slower than a dial up… and i forgot to mentioned..during the call to the celcom careline… while waiting for the customer support to accept my call there is this advertisement loop celcom play while on hold on the phone.

Irony…FUCK CELCOM!

I’ve been a little bit messed up this week, bad temper, bad examination, bad god knows what else.
Operating System paper was a disaster, i left out 2 questions out of 8 questions. i basicalyy dunno what should i write on the answer column. Usually i wont leave an empty space. but… i did….. Not to say when ppl around me says that they can do it..although not sure wwhether its right or wrong but still they answered…. well ..my next paper is Computer Science Theory which i dunno what the hell is all about… im just not into those stuff.. gonna start my intensive study tomoro…. i guess..
ehmm today the celcom representative again called me and asked me bout the current connection.. still the same..slow and stuff. that person..named Diana says that there are major problem as mentioned earlier by other technical person to me ew days back but this time.. she gave me time frame… she said..all problem will be solve by 11 November…. she said..you have my word… ok… i keep ur promise… as she promised send a technical staff to my place come n see me and narrow down the problem… im happy with such promised although im not sure whether they really meant it or not…lucky me i record the conversation …. (im always switch my phone recorder on when i saw celcom senter number on my mobile for incoming calls)…
well… guys…stay tuned… coz i warned that diana person just now and told her..i will never stop complaining until this matter is resolved and if the problem still there on 12 November… God knows what im going to do… the words i gave to here might be consider like a threat… but dude…its my right to voice my disappointment.

just Beware of Maxis Broadband Trick! before terkene
Just to share my unpleasant experience with you all about Maxis Broadband
service. Early of July’07, I went to the Maxis Agent at ground floor of Prangin Mall, Penang to register for Maxis Broadband account. I had a very bad first impression on the shop due to the rude attitude of the shop agent,an old lady. She showed the face that shedon’t like to entertain your inquiry at and just simply point her finger to the poster beside and asked you to read for yourself, without even border to look at you.
“May I know how much I should pay for the first month bill?Is there any
deposit or installation fee or something?” one of the questions I asked.
“RM68!” she answered with annoying face.
“Is there any other terms and conditions, like what is the minimum period I have to use before I can cancel the line?” “No!” she answered rudely.
“So there is no other charges at all? Just RM68 since first month?” I
asked carefully to confirm. “I already told you! Yes!” she replied.
I tolerated with her attitude and registered a Maxis Broadband account. The broadband line is up and running a month later. Onemonth later, I received
the first bill from Maxis. Guess how much is the amount? RM251.61!!
I was shocked and went back to the center to clarify. I went to the counter
with a fat guy, again entertained with very bad attitude (just wonder why all workers in the shop are so rude??!!) He denied everything that I complained to him and said that I was my mistake! I listened wrongly Furthermore, when I requested to cancel the line, he told me that I can’t cancel the line because I was bounded with18months contract with Maxis! If I canceled now, I have to pay RM68 x 18 =RM1224!
I was so angry that had been cheated and fooled! So, I called to Maxis center to report the issue. At first, I was told to give the name of the sales person that told me this information. Without this, they can’t do anything. Who will remember the sales person’s name? Isn’t that they can trace back the agent since her name will appear on my registration form?This is the most basic traceability requirement for an ISO9000 company! Which they are! After 20 minutes of conversation, the operator finally agreed
to helpme to file complain and given me a case no., telling me that they
will give mean answer within 7 working days.
Within 2 month after the complaint, I made at least 5 calls to Maxis center
to follow-up with the case. Every time I was asked to wait and I will be contacted within 7 working days! Including one time a maxis Indian lady operator hang-up my call when I asked on when I could get an answer!
Until the last time when I insisted to have an answer, I was told that
the file has been closed and the action they took is simply sent a letter to the
particular sales agent company! “You can choose not to pay the bill, but we will terminate your line when the due date is over and fine you accordingly.” The reply I got when I tried to get advice on what I should do with my bill!
What I can do next? Simply pay whatever bill amount they charged (to avoid being fined) and keep quiet (since there is no channel to complaint on the
cheating trick)!
Just writing this to remind everyone who wish to register for the Maxis broadband to be aware on their trick, remember to record down whatever the
sales person told you and most important get the name of the salesperson!
And most important, think twice before step into the maxis center at Prangin

i felt sorry for you mr zack but there are couple of things that WE as the consumer need to aware of…
first thing all this stuff always have a contractmost of them… so if i were u i will go to the centre to register not to agent because agents tend to NOT telling u most of the stuff coz what they want only commision.. i do aware bout the maxis contract and stuff.. even for celcom 999 package HSDPA with modem do have a contract for 18 monts..
secondly… it partially your fault not reading the T & C of the package… they always hide it somewherein T &C but they do have it there.. read it twice and understand it correctly or u can bring the case to consumer tribunal whereby u can can compensation
i think we all should aware of this marketing style and make sure we have our right as a customer

Someone from higher ranking than the normal operator or technical support call me around today and admit bout the current 3g problem that actually came from the Telekom gateway for the Celcom 3G service. She said… it will be resolved but she cant promised me any timeframe. as she explained i do asked her a couple of question which she said that she will get back to me ASAP for the answers.
Thank you for your feedback Celcom but im not sure whether this call u guys just wanna make me stop complaining and bashing for some time… or not…. i will give it a look for this matter….

Well said, I made another complaint today around 8pm on 31 october 2007, at first I called and talk to a customer service assistant (guy) and I straight away asked him to forward me to technical department. But then this guy said he cant transfer me to the technical department regarding the current number im calling from since I may need to configure the phone im using now. I told him im not going to ask for the silly configuration and so on… I wanted to make a complaint to the technical department since this normal operator customer service wont have any idea what im going to asked for…. But this guy said he cant do that or else the technical department wont accept it. So I have no choice… I topup my maxis number and called them from my maxis number…
Another normal customer service operator answered the call and this time a women named kavitha… first things of the sound I asked her to transfer me to the technical department but she asked me for confirmation of my number and name and IC number. Ok fine… then she asked me why I need to be transferred to the technical department… I said I wanna make some complaints… and she said ok she will note it for reference and report… I said no!…since they cant do anything and you wont understand what im going to asked… she said she will try her best…..
i don’t want to bashed the normal customer service operator since they know nothing much as the technical support… ok the since she insist..i started my bashing towards her kaw kaw punya… until she cant really handle it… until she said..
“so sir, do u want me to put u with the technical support” since she cant really handle all my questions the way it should be but im sorry for her because she became another victim of my serial customer bashing programs… lol….
I replied
“yes please”
They put me on hold for about a minute before the technical department took over my call… ok now im talking to the more techie person.. her name is shareena…. Sorry to her as well because she need to hear my bashing lecture… yes indeed…I know its not ur fault but… I praised her since she handle the situation well with proper and professional way but yet it still cannot lower my anger and disappointment level.Since everything is well explained with the high tone and so forth… I heard the tapping sound of keyboardd and everything and she do took note on every single piece that came out from my mouth.. I do trust her that she going to do what she told me… I even challenge the Celcom CEO to personally re-clarify the problem with me and asked her to forward mygreetings to him/her.
We ended the call after bout 40 minutes of complaints on the phone …and less than an hour after that she called me back to give me my complaint reference number for future reference and she even allow me to direct contact her for anything regarding this complaint… she said she will get back to me within a week or less or I will start my bashing program again…
And this is another series of why you shouldn’t use celcom 3g broadband package. I hope they can fixed this or im going to terminate my subscription

What the hell….. today’s fucking speed….
and i’ve wrote an email to their again support with a cc to Malay Mail, The Star, Harian Metro and NST
a CC of the email,
First of all i would like the celcom (whoever tehnical or support group who read this ) to open the see me first.JPG file attached ogether with this email, The sentence “STAY UNBEATABLE WITH CELCOM” n the freaking heavy flashed website which took me more than 20 minutes to load is a mirror of what ur serving now.
I switch to celcom 3g network from maxis 3g way before the so called celcom BRoadbacd RM68 package was introduce few months back due to the reason maxis dont have their 3g coverage here in UTM skudai (part of
it). i do admit celcom 3g do have the widest 3g coverage in malaysia but the point is.. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE IF YOU GUYS CANT EVEN CATER THE FREAKING NETWORK!…
i’ve notice the high latency and slow ping respond from google.com (see attached file shitty high latecy.JPG). Oh yeah not to mention i did this ping command during 2 am in the morning …if i do it duringdaytime… it will be similar to this but wih higher ping time respong no less then 2000ms…. before celcom heavily promoto the celcom broadband Rm68 package..the latency is equal to more or less .. none “request time out” ping reply with constant 350-400ms ping reply…
I called the careline number AGAIN this morning and talked with the “ready scripted” operator on the line..bla bla bla…. no network problem and so on.. asked me the restart and everything…. UNTIL i
bashed her during the conversation… and simply said … (sorry to the miss operator) … ” im not stupid i know the standard procedure
to reset and so on” …please bare in mind… im not the normal end-users who ONLY knows how to used the service… im a network student with a cisco network associates (engineer) qualified. I know
the bottleneck network and congestion on celcom 3g network…. the high latency during peak and non peak hours..slow ping respond… Oh yeah you can tell the technical devision im sorry to bahed you guys
again ..the other day on the phone.. but since your guys cant do anything (this matter deal with the higher ranking officer on the organization right?)… with standard reply… “we are going to
upgrade the network soon” had been playing around the phone for quite some time now? the Question is… WHEN and WHY SUCH BIG BIG BIG COMPANY with backup of super POLITICIANS can simply advertise here and there but with SUPER DUMB ASS SERVICES?…ok back to the story… finally the female operator transfered me to the technical support or maybe some other operator since she cannot “tahan” my bashing.. (sorry again to the miss operator ,..i know its not ur fault) and the new person admit on the network congestion and the bottleneck traffic on 3g broadband now…. and they can do nuthing now until the the AGAIN
network upgrade reason… but then again…. until ? when? damn it….now even the employee admit on the heavy network…why celcom still want to heavily advertise the SO GOOD SHIT services!… mau

Oh yeah… similar case but not celcom 3g… a customer for streamyx customer wrote to malay mail regarding super bad services cater by this monopolize broadband company …. wrote to the editor…then the
CEO came to his house..with rigged laptop….suddenyl his connection become fast…. then the ceo blamed the customer pc with due to
malware infection makes the internet slow on his side… yo!!!… he’s not stupid..the line is simply rigged…and please please please read the rest of the story here

please please read the story there…. the CEO came over to his house with the rigged line..when the CEO came..the line was super fast… he managed to get good speed for couple of days… then back to his normal crawl speed….. but congratz to TMNet for the improved service… now i can get 1mbps spped constant at my house in TTDI.. but im still stuck here in JB skudai with this celcom 3g on their shitty network speed…coz i got no other choice…. i cant installed a land line inside my campus to subscribe a better service ….
oh yeah to the celcom careline…whoever receive this emaill.. please forward this email or should i say a inappropriate unsatisfied rude customer complaint to ur freaking higher ranking board
officer/directors and so called CEO ….and i’ve CC this email to several news editor out there… for them to publish the so called “cakap tak serupa bikin” advertising campaign….. Money = bad service
huh!………. to the technical staff…make sure you guys call me and ready to get bashed again… come herein utm skudai and i can assemble 3 teams of football squad of celcom 3g users and please note on their complaint

Am im going to terminate my line..probably so in 3 months time if the service is super bad… since no point ongetting the broadband if i can hardly browse the internet with RM68 monthly from my pocket….
punk ass!…. still if i terminate my line… am going to stop complaining..probably yes..or maybe not…or maybe other ppl will complaint or maybe i simply rushed to any celcom promotion counter
inside UTM (which u guys still doing it to campus to campus) and i will put a banner and do a powerfull unbeatable 3g network demonstration on SITE!!!>..
to the newspaper editor… u guys may keep this as a another normal bashing email to the service provider but i do hope u guys can publish it..with the altered version of course =P….
